All ticket sales for Reggae Fest Cleveland are final. There are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, change of plans, weather, travel delays, illness, or any other circumstance.
Reggae Fest Cleveland is a rain or shine event. The festival will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Tickets will not be refunded due to weather.
By purchasing tickets to Reggae Fest Cleveland, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Lineup, performers, set times, and schedule are subject to change without notice. Lineup changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior, without refund.
